Great service, absolutely no complaints here.
The owner seems nice enough, but the woman he had working the desk (curly hair and tattoos) can be short and rude. I rented a car through them for uber and that was really smooth. Picking up was easy and so was dropping it off. Unfortunately, unless you currently have one of their cars they completely ignore you when you try to call in. They purposely ignore your call and send you to a representative in another country. You are not able to call in with questions, you have to go in physically to ask.
