After a very disappointing morning, Rob saved the day! Our 5am flight was canceled and we had showed up to two other Avis locations only to be told there were no cars available despite having a reservation confirmation. Rob not only helped us before normal business hours but got us a car and our reservation fixed promptly, at an even better rate. We felt our voices were heard and we are so grateful for Rob’s kindness. We will definitely use this location again for any future Las Vegas needs!

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience with Avis at the Las Vegas West Sahara Ave location was. My friend and I had only one day in Las Vegas before catching our flight, and our plans were completely ruined due to their incompetence and lack of support. We booked a Toyota Corolla or similar (gas) through Rentalcars for our trip, but when we arrived at the pickup location, we were offered only two unsuitable options: an electric car or a pickup truck. We booked a Toyota Corolla or similar (gas) through Rentalcars, but when we arrived at the pickup location (Avis on Las Vegas West Sahara Ave), we were only offered an electric car or a pickup truck. Neither was suitable for our trip to Death Valley. We were told (by a lady at the desk) to drive this electric car to the airport location of Avis to swap the car, only to find out that swaps aren’t allowed there.
