Having to rent a car to attend a funeral is always distressing. But this morning’s visit to pick up my car from Avis was the best experience I could have possibly had. I was greeted in a very friendly manner by Henry the second I walked in. I had some account issues that could have easily prevented me from renting, but Henry took his time , keeping me at ease, investigating the problem and I was on my way. He was such a tremendous help.
