Only place I will be renting from! Best experience hands down. The staff, especially Rob Williamson, were so welcoming and accommodating. This is the only location people should be going to if they want friendly, reliable service and vehicles. I truly appreciate the hospitality.
Today 3/28/26 we were late to get our rental became of uber cancelations but the gentleman behind the counter was amazing…we loved the Palisade we got… I’m greatful by how caring and customer service oriented he was. We appreciate your help and service.

Warnings for Uber Drivers. 1. Do not call Avis roadside assistance if the car has problems. Call Uber roadside first. I called Avis roadside once as this electric car stopped running and I got charged 90 and the roadside guy could do nothing to help. The roadside guy they sent was raggety. Unfair and deceptive. 2. If your car requires an rideshare inspection be very assertive to make sure...the inspection is uploaded the same day it is done.
