Didn't rent me a car. Yes l got there 12 mins after it closed. Explained we had no ride. It was people in there. I had a reservations.

Quick and easy rental. Smaller location but friendly and helpful staff
We rented a car here few weeks ago the 2 people working there were friendly got good customer service, the car that was assigned to us was dirty so we went back in and the guy working there apologize and gave us another vehicle unfortunately when we were downtown on our way out of town the light came on it needed an oil change so we had to stop at the airport at their avis location to change the vehicle again. That really delayed us.
Por aproximadamente 4 meses estuve rentando autos aquí,muchas veces para tenerlo en el parqueo del hotel donde estuve por esa misma cantidad de tiempo y al entregar en enero de este año ,sacaron de mi cuenta de banco en dos ocasiones más de $1000 .Mi esposa que es quien se encargaba de esta situación nunca se dió cuenta,imagino como q no es su dinero no le puso importancia.Yo recibí estos dos exagerados cargos en un Gmail desde mi banco.y nadie me ha dado explicación.
