Called Two weeks in advance to make sure that I could rent a car with my debit card, knowing The hold might be a little bit higher. They said it’s a flat rate across the board and I can 100% rent with a debit card. Went in the day of my rental for my trip and they declined me the car and would not let me rent the car because I did not have a credit card even though I had plenty of funds On my debit card, this is why I called and asked in advance. Ended up ruining my entire trip
I am a local Las Vegas resident and enjoy all the cars I am renting from this AVIS location. Rob is very helpful and friendly and his entire staff. If you are ever in need of a rental car for pleasure or business, I would highly recommend everyone to check out this AVIS rental car location.

First class staff from the moment you arrive to minute you leave. You could not ask for a nicer people than Rob.and Rita. The process was very easy. If you are looking for a first class customer service team this Avis provides it.
