Can't say enough good things about Avis! This was the easiest car rental I have ever been involved with. No hassles, nice car, and extremely easy check-in process when the car was returned. Thanks, Avis!

Please avoid this establishment. Regrettably, the staff here lacks automotive knowledge. They declined my rental request for the first time ever, despite my impeccable driving record and prior rentals from this location. They claimed that my Visa credit card was unacceptable as a security deposit, despite my having already made a prepayment using my bank card. This is a questionable practice occurring within a dubious used car dealership.

I booked a reservation online but when I showed up the next day they had cancelled my reservation because he said they had no cars. However they are still listed online as having cars available within the hour. Also, there is no signage from the street to know where they are located, only a small sign on the door into a dealership.

This location deserved ZERO star. The entire team is scam. They did not honer Costco travel price which Costco initially provided. They called me told me that we will upgrade your car since they didn't had my resev car. They said it will much better car. I told them that I want it but wanted to make sure the price didn't change and they agreed it. After a few minutes of talking without my permission the price doubled. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. They gave me a larger car that sucked gas and could not store our luggage. After calling and being told I would recover a credit, I call today an it was denied. I rent several cars a year and won't be going back here or possibly even not returning to AVIS if this is how they treat their customers.
