I booked an AVIS rental for work using our corporate discount program. I have also been an AVIS Preferred member for more than four years. Unfortunately, during my most recent rental, I was overcharged nearly double the expected amount. I attempted to contact Customer Experience multiple times to resolve the issue, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. I rented a car through the Costco travel website. The best value was the Avis location in Beaverton. The car that was described on the website was exactly what was rented to me. There was an error in the final rental price and was quickly corrected by Shawn. Also wife left her sunglasses and was relieved that Shawn held them at the counter for us to pick up the next day.All good and look forward to rent from Avis in the future.

Beware of this company location. They were very unprofessional. I reserved a rental suv Tahoe on Feb 26th for March 22nd pick up. They told me on the day of pick that they did not have a suv Tahoe available for me. Didn't even bother looking other alternatives to help. I was suppose to fly out of Seattle that same day. Ended up scrambling around to find my self a rental to get to Seattle for my trip. Never again book with this location.
