I made a reservation for a truck, the day of my reservation I called the Rock Hill location and the guy informed me that he did not have a truck and would call me back. He never called back, but I called him ( My call log shows proof, plus I had a witness in the car who heard him say they did not have a truck to rent me). Marcus has exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He truly makes this Avis location pleasant to do business with.
Car was filthy inside and out. Ran out of wiper fluid. Windshield wipers were in poor condition. Filled up tank 5 miles away but was still charged $21 to fill it up. That place is stuck in 1986.
