DO NOT rent from this location. I can not emphasize enough. I made a reservation online for a 4pm pick up. Paid in advance. Called 30 minutes before I arrived to confirm, only to arrive and be told they DID NOT HAVE ANY CARS. They didn’t apologize or empathize or offer to make it right. The representative just stared at me blankly. Customer care offered a car at a location 30 minutes stay for $60 more. I will never ever use Avis again under any circumstances.

My family and I had been in a rush trying to get a car quick and they were very helpful. It was a clean vehicle and the price was fair. Thank u to the staff for taking care of my family.
