Car was filthy inside and out. Ran out of wiper fluid. Windshield wipers were in poor condition. Filled up tank 5 miles away but was still charged $21 to fill it up. That place is stuck in 1986.
Rented a Budget moving truck the day before. Came next day and the rep said they had no trucks to rent due to them all being damaged, even though all 3 were in the parking lot. All this technology and simple stuff like this still happens. How can you have any trucks available to rent if they’re all damaged?! Boggles the mind.
