I will never rent a car from this place ever again. And the customer service are off shore agents and holsters who lie to you and lead you on a path to waste your time, even after admitting that they owe you a refund, then keep Feeding you lies h til a couple weeks later when miraculously they now have reasons for why you can’t get a refund on your rental. This place is a joke. I should file a dispute with my credit union. I think I am going to

Thank you, Chris! We rented in a different location only to find that the windshield wiper fluid wasn't working 100 miles from home. Looked up an Avis along our route, called ahead and Chris picked up and said he'd take a look. He met us at the rental counter, and in under 20 minutes evaluated and fixed the issue. Amazing! The airport, while small, is super clean and has good facilities.

Had an issue with my original rental whereas the tires were worn/unsafe for the winter weather. Calling the roadside assistance or corporate customer service was a waste of time and just further irritated me. Instead I called the counter and Rebecca was calming, professional and caring. She arranged with the manager (also extremely helpful) to provide a much safer and more comfortable SUV. Excellent service recovery, and I appreciate their efforts to provide my family a safe vehicle for our vacation.

I cannot recommend supporting this company. I worked here for many months with no performance issues, yet I was abruptly let go for being “not a culture fit.” In practice, that felt like coded language for bias. During my time there, I was repeatedly made uncomfortable by inappropriate comments.
