I have rented from this Avis location on 632 Broadway in Tacoma WA for many years now and Max and Theresa have always provided exceptional customer service consistently. They are personable, friendly and always helpful without a doubt. Evytime I rent from them the entire process is easy and stress free, returning the car is just as seamless, quick and effortless!
THE WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I'm 70yo and have been renting cars and vehicles for 50 years for business and pleasure and I have NEVER been told my "Confirmed Reservation" didnt mean squat and the car that was confirmed by AVIS didnt exist, and they had no cars available!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?!?!? A week out I was confirmed a car for a 4-day rental, when I arrived at the office I was told they had no cars!!!!! The gentleman at the desk on May 13th at 430pm was fantastic. Be aware customers that an online reservation does not guarantee that Avis will have a car in stock for you at this location. Be sure to call them and ask.
