This company doesn't clean before renting the cars out and will randomly inspect them after 3 or 4 rentals and blame the last customer. I see im not the only one with this issue now I read their reviews. Non smoker, rented an SUV that was somewhat dirty, not the worst and smelled funny but wasn't sure what it was. I dont smoke so I didn't consider what I was smelling to be smoke smell. I've rented 4 vehicles with this company. First vehicle had pine needles everywhere and told the guy at the counter im not cleaning that up before turning it in. I was told not to worry about it, its already noted 2nd car, same thing. Pine needles and dog fur in the 2nd. I told the guy at the counter and he said not to worry about it, they're busy ans couldn't get to it. I made an online reservation at this location and pre-paid. The location called me to inform me that they had no cars, and that I needed to call AVIS customer service to cancel the reservation. I did this and was charged a $150 cancelation fee, for AVIS not having cars available. Avoid this place like the plague, and AVIS in general!
Great experience will totally be back to rent again
