The worst!! We had intially booked a car rental in Avis Seattle a few weeks prior but when we got there there were no available cars. Unfortunate situation but atleast everyone was respectful and helpful at the Seattle location. We then booked a car rental at this Tacoma location through an Avis representative. We called on our way to go to Tacoma to make sure they had a car. No surprise at all they did not. But that is not my main issue with this situation. I drove across country and needed to exchange a car due to an oil change light. Went to the airport and they kept giving me cars with many mechanical issues. I came here as a last hope/resort to get something decent and safe for my family. Theresa was AMAZING. She let me know there wasn’t anything that day but to come back the following afternoon and she would help us get into something better. She did! And was quick, kind, and very helpful. I have rented from this Avis location on 632 Broadway in Tacoma WA for many years now and Max and Theresa have always provided exceptional customer service consistently. They are personable, friendly and always helpful without a doubt. Evytime I rent from them the entire process is easy and stress free, returning the car is just as seamless, quick and effortless!
THE WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I'm 70yo and have been renting cars and vehicles for 50 years for business and pleasure and I have NEVER been told my "Confirmed Reservation" didnt mean squat and the car that was confirmed by AVIS didnt exist, and they had no cars available!!!!!!!!!!
