Extremely poor customer service and borderline scamsters. I would not rent at this location again. I was pushed to pay for additional liability insurance by stating "it is required in the state of California" to have this when they subtly fail to mention that Avis already covers minimum liability coverage in the rental price itself as required by the law and the additional liability insurance is as the name suggests "additional". If I could give zero stars to this location, I would.
