Last week took 45 min to get out of the parking lot once I got the car because they had only 1 gate open and a lot of problems checking people out, tonight I had to wait 30 minutes to get a shuttle to the airport because none of the drivers bothered to stop at the bus stop (even after I told the people at the preferred desk that none was stopping). Once finally the driver arrived didn't even wanted to call another bus to pick up the people he left behind because they had to go to a different terminal... by the way to of them... read more

At least 100 people in line and they have one person working the desk. I have a 2.5 hour wait for a rental car

The most painful experience possible. Three counter agents with zero sense of urgency and two managers standing over their shoulders doing nothing. Do not rent from this location! Over an hour in line to serve 6 people.
