I would give this place zero stars if I could. My family has rented from this location four times over the past few years and never once had a good experience. One time we waited over two hours with our six-month old baby in tow to get our rental. Another time we were given a car that had clearly been smoked in. The employees were great, but the wait was absolutely insane. Reserved a car about 3 weeks in advance, so they knew I was going to be there. But it was said they ran out of cars. The wait was about 2.5 hours to get a car - it was quicker for people to get an Uber to another car rental place and get a car than it was to wait here in line. Got off the shuttle around 11pm and waited in two lines until about 140am when I was finally assigned a car and got to leave. No real explanation was given. Utter Mayhem - Beyond Words. Six agents were inside checking people in and directing everyone to “go outside and wait under the little white tent,” yet only one staff member was outside assigning cars. Guests piled up in complete chaos. When I first arrived, maybe 8–10 people were waiting; within 20 minutes, there were 30, with no line and no tracking of who came out when. I've been here a couple times, has repeatedly been one of the worst avis rental car experiences in North America. They never have cars available, customer service moves very slowly, cars smell like smoke, and car selection is really poor.
