Matt at the Avis car rental inside Walmart was fantastic! He quickly helped us straighten out 2 reservations and did it with genuine friendliness and professionalism. Great customer service!

Very disappointing experience with Avis. Pickup was chaotic — long wait and I was given an unclean car that had just been returned, with no real alternative offered unless I waited longer. Returned the car on time with a full tank, yet was incorrectly charged a fuel service fee. Customer service later acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund and confirmation, but neither ever came. Extremely unprofessional experience with AVIS staff. The representative at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. He tried to hand over a car with a broken window glass and acted as if he was doing us a favor by offering it—almost like it was a discount or something we should be grateful for. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. For a company like AVIS, I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but this experience was the opposite. Definitely disappointed and hoping management addresses this behavior
