Family owned and operated. The woman that works there is extremely professional and the hospitality is out the roof! I was so impressed by the way they conduct themselves. You could teach a masterclass on how to run a business from the things they’re doing right. Keep up the good work!!
Super smooth pickup and dropoff experience with Reem! Got upgraded to a nicer larger car because they didn't have my original car available. Car was in great shape too
I had an amazing experience with Salem at Budget/Avis! My original reservation with Enterprise fell through, and he immediately stepped in to help. Salem was super friendly, professional, and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. He really saved the day and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend renting from him—excellent customer service!
My experience at the counter was very easy and the associate was friendly. What I didn't know, until after receiving my bill, was that the mileage on my rental vehicle had not been accurately recorded before being picked up. I was charged 4x more than the actual mileage I drove, which doubled my bill! Fortunately, Avis Customer Service was able to see the track record of mileage discrepancies and help process a refund.
