Ed and his team really care about their customers. If I could give 10 stars I would. I've always had a great experience renting various vehicles from the White Oak location in Silver Spring, Md. The custom service is awesome. When I arrive, my rented cars or SUVs are ready and clean. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. I never use other locations and have been renting vehicles for the last two years. Keep up the great work. This location is a must try!!!

This is my favorite Avis rental location. I have rented an assortment of vehicles over the years from the White Oak office. Teddy and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to ensure I have the best customer service experience. The team at White Oak is professional, polite, courteous, and patient when formalizing rental agreements and returns. I had a fantastic experience renting from this location, largely thanks to Mr. Samson. They were incredibly professional, patient, and made sure me and my family are comfortable with the vehicle before I headed out. The check-in process was seamless and much faster than I expected.
