I rented a Car from Avis to drive from Eugene, Oregon to Ogden Utah. Upon returning the car, full of gas and well within my rental agreement window; I was informed that the Avis representative had quit, but that the car would be processed as returned. I am not impressed. I dropped of the Toyota 4Runner with nothing wrong with it and 4 months later I get a notice in the mail that there was damage to the vehicle and that I need to pay $779. Called them up to find out what the deal is and the ended up not charging me. So what is this, is the just a scam and wanting to see if they can get away with charging someone for something that just wasn't true. Won't be going here any more.
These guys have helped my friends, and family since I started coming here back in 2012/The last decade of living here in Ogden. They make the process easy, have a wide range of all makes, models, and years in a very spacious open clean dealer lot. Inside, the atmosphere is relaxed, and all the dealers/employees are very hard at work and have a respectable attitude
