I booked a reservation and went to the location yesterday to check to see about my reservation, the lady behind the counter told me that there may not be any vehicles available, she was nasty and confrontational with me she should not be working with the public she needs to find another job because customer service is not for her.
Didn’t take debit card or cash, didn’t tell us until we were there for picking up.
She resolved a problem with my reservation in two minutes, something another agency couldn't fix after more than an hour. Selflessly, because I was just passing by. And with a smile. And on top of that, she gave my kids a couple of American coins because she saw we were foreigners and they were excited to see the different designs. You couldn't get any better service!
