What a joke! Had a mini van reserved since March, a good 2 months, for family vacation of 5 with a very tall teenager. SUV is NOT an option. On the morning we leave, just 3 hours before we're supposed to pick up the vehicle, they call to CANCEL, because the prior reservation was extended! What is the point in reserving a vehicle if it's not secured? Should have gone with Enterprise, as I have always done in the past, but wanted to take advance of a promotional rate I had. NEVER AGAIN!
