Professional service, clean car, the staff have a strong culture of helping customers. Hope you guys pick up calls more often because many questions are branch-specific and cannot be answered by your national service line.
My family and friends rent from this location pretty often, Eddie and his staff have always been nothing less than accommodating, pleasant and fast. Their customer service is top notch, the cars are always clean and luckily we've never been disappointed.
One of the front desk members is a life-saver. We gota rental from Detroit for a weekend up north and the car' AC didnt work mid-way. We dropped by this location to pick up a new car. The staff was very accommodating and addressed our issue. Thank you so much!
