The front desk agent is annoyingly unprofessional. Avis is not your home. Wish I went to a different location honestly.
Man, I gotta give it up for this spot! Dre really took care of me from the jump. The customer service was top notch and he made sure I was straight before I pulled off the lot. Definitely coming back.
this location made my life easier. when i got into ATL from a long road trip from austin tx, i did not want to have to get into airport traffic and this location made drop off simple. even getting locations on phone can be hard sometimes but they were available and understanding to help make it a smooth drop off. they’re located behind the mall where you’ll see the food court entry sign.
We rented a car for the first time for a long trip. The managers were very friendly and explained and showed us everything in detail. We really liked the car and are thinking about buying the same one.
This was the first time i have been let down by Avis. I pre paid my rental about a month or so ago. The day before my scheduled pick up around 7pm i received a call advising they had no vehicles and i would need to try a different location I was able to transfer to a different location however this is where the nightmare began. My reservation was for 8am however i did not leave with a car until after 11.
