After having a very disappointing experience with the Avis location in Kannapolis at Cloverleaf Plaza, I contacted the Mooresville Avis location less than 24 hours before my family trip to Florida. Julie, the manager at this location, went above and beyond to help us get into an SUV for our vacation after our original reservation situation fell apart. We recently made a last minute reservation for a work trip. I called the day before and asked her if there was any way to pick it up a few hours early. Even though she had 3 cars that were late to be brought back she found us another car that was perfect! Can’t thank her enough!

I arrived at this location without a reservation. I was involved in an auto accident on the nearby Interstate, and my car was not driveable. I needed transportation home (South Carolina), and I had already been to another rental agency in Mooresville where they had no cars available. Jules could not have been more accommodating or helpful. She arranged for me to have a clean, comfortable vehicle at a very reasonable rate. I appreciate the great service, and I am grateful for their help.
