After having a very disappointing experience with the Avis location in Kannapolis at Cloverleaf Plaza, I contacted the Mooresville Avis location less than 24 hours before my family trip to Florida. Julie, the manager at this location, went above and beyond to help us get into an SUV for our vacation after our original reservation situation fell apart.
