I had a very disappointing experience with an attendant at your location on Sunday, May 24, 2026. When I arrived, the attendant was helping another customer who did not want the vehicle offered to her due to a smoke smell that aggravated her asthma. He then offered her an electric vehicle, but she did not feel comfortable accepting it. I waited patiently for approximately 15 minutes while this situation was being discussed. I personally wouldn't return to this location. The staff is nice and helpful. However the service is quite poor. We were promised our rental vehicle at 11:30am and then when we showed up they claimed they called and left a voicemail to say it wouldn't be ready until 12:30pm. We had to walk to kill some time and then once the 12:30pm pick up window came around we called before walking back and they put us on hold for 15 minutes for a simple yes or no confirmation on our vehicle being ready. Had reservation booked for a month and they called me one hour before pickup that they were out of cars. Don’t trust these guys. On follow up, we talked on the phone so you are well aware of the details. You told me there was nothing you could do, so don’t act like you are willing to help now.
