I'm a local in CH, been coming to Avis for a good bit here. This last time was by far the best, super accommodating. They are under new management, Ajit was great and got us a awesome SUV for a family road trip. Digging the new owners since the customer service was phenomenal.
Don’t bother renting here. They never have cars available. I had a reservation for Saturday, was told to come by Sunday. Came by Sunday, was told to make a new reservation online (and they didn’t have any cars online). Called Avis and they weren’t helpful in fixing the issue either. Spare yourself the head ache and go to Enterprise.
Outstanding service. Special shout out to Umer who was handling multiple customers while keeping a smile on his face. This is my go to place for car rentals in Chapel Hill.
We rented a very nice new car from this location. The customer service was excellent as we left ear phones in the car and they had them waiting for us when we returned. Will definitely rent here again. Great experience.
