Outstanding service. Special shout out to Umer who was handling multiple customers while keeping a smile on his face. This is my go to place for car rentals in Chapel Hill.
We rented a very nice new car from this location. The customer service was excellent as we left ear phones in the car and they had them waiting for us when we returned. Will definitely rent here again. Great experience.
Showed up for my reservation time and they informed me they didn't have a car and I should just just hope the airport (40 min away) has a car.
Called us 30 mins before our reservation (that we placed 3 months ago) to inform us there were no cars. They could not rebook or accommodate. We were bailed on and told to “figure it out.”
