Rented a full size vehicle at a great price for 7 days with a reservation. I actually drove from Concord NC to pick up the vehicle which was a smooth transaction. The gentleman at the counter who I think maybe the owner was extremely professional and friendly. I will rent from this location when I travel to New Jersey. Oh! I also received a very nice upgrade. Thank you.
UPDATE AS OF NOV 2024 *** I was in need of a rental and this location was the only one available. I was a little apprehensive about renting here again but I was in a tight spot so I went ahead with the reservation. To my surprise the same clerk was behind the counter but it was like a whole new person. i was treated kindly and that gentleman processed my request quickly and made sure the car was spotless before handing me the keys. Genuinely awful customer service. Surprised this place hasn’t been investigated by the BBB, there’s a reason this place has so many negative reviews. Does not ask for car insurance or walk you through the contract… just pay the extra $20 and go with Enterprise if you want something done right.
Listen to the reviews. They are dishonest, slimy, and scammy. Will actively disrespect you and try to change you for things that you did not do. I would avoid this place at all costs. If you’re between here or somewhere else, go with anyone else. Will never go back and will tell everyone I can what a scam this place was.
I should have listened to the reviews! They gave me a car with a flat tire (and no spare) and a half tank of gas. When we returned the car they claimed the car was on a full tank of gas and made me go out and fill up the tank. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning here again. Actually insane.
