Omg horrible service I lost my license applied to reissue it just last week which should come in the mail soon but I had the temporary paper one that dmv emailed me. My car is supposed to be at the shop this week. these people denied me the rental, my pick up was at 2pm I got there at 140pm. Then I went to hertz I gave them the DMV paper they just asked do you proof of Id said yes my ID and my passport and a photo of my lost driver”s license they said yes perfect and I was able to get it from them. They gave me a car with the tire without pressure and half fuel tank. Despite having full credit reservation they tried to make me pay a deposit. While doing the car inspection i had to do it myself instead of them marking all the scratches.
Thanks Tabish for providing me with an excellent deal and even upgrading my car upon request. He was extremely helpful, professional, and cooperative throughout the process. If I ever need to rent a car from this location, I will definitely reach out to him. Highly recommended!
