Outstanding Service , I recently rented from this Avis place, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. I would not rent from this location again and do NOT recommend them. IF you do rent from them, verify your receipt carefully so they don’t rip you off. Reserved a full size vehicle for a week. I showed up about an hour early and an Avis clerk told me the only full size vehicle ready was a Kia. I pointed out a Toyota Camry right next to the Kia and he reluctantly agreed to rent it to me. This is a nice place! The staff was kind and the price is cheap if you have insurance. (Their insurance is expensive though) This is an independent car rental office that contracts with both Avis & Budget. The cars will be the same for either so pick the best price between the two companies. It's not in the nicest part of town, but the car was clean and didn't smell, the manager gave me options for a few vehicles, and everyone in the office was considerate and kind. If I could give them zero stars I would. Reservation confirmed 2 days prior and then as I am landing they called to say they have no vehicles. I was left stranded because there was an event in town. I still have no idea how I am getting to my destination. Do not rent here!!
