I came to rent a car, they said my card does not match and literally kicked us out. The old man and the woman were so disrespectful. I don't understand what happened to me. I recommend the company to immediately remove these disrespectful people from this business.

Outstanding Service , I recently rented from this Avis place, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. I would not rent from this location again and do NOT recommend them. IF you do rent from them, verify your receipt carefully so they don’t rip you off. Reserved a full size vehicle for a week. I showed up about an hour early and an Avis clerk told me the only full size vehicle ready was a Kia. I pointed out a Toyota Camry right next to the Kia and he reluctantly agreed to rent it to me.
