As a loyal Avis customer who uses your service for all travel, I am disappointed with my recent experience at this particular location. While my rental here two years ago was merely okay—typical of a small-town operation—this current experience fell far below the standard I expect from Avis. Everyone was great!
Renting at close to 1 AM was not as bad as I suspected it was going to be, airport shuttle service was really good. They were able to get us in the same type of vehicle we were used to operating - very good. I have never had a smoother return process, ever !
