I chose a Chevy Tahoe or similar. Paid almost $700 for 3 days and got a Mazda CX90. The man at the counter was apologetic and admitted Avis messed up when I showed him my reservation. After reading other reviews their bait and switch tactic is common. I called customer service and spoke to a serv rep then a supervisor who hung up mid call when I asked for a partial refund. Professional and friendly service. Fair pricing. Only frustration is the car you reserve is never the one you get. Plus side of it is though when that happens, they provide you with a free upgrade.
They were all great people and they make sure you are always taking care of they made sure I had a rental car before I left and it was last minute thing
