Rented a car while my car was getting fixed, I signed contract asking several times if I could retuned any time before my rental period and the lady told me “YES ANYTIME” several times I asked. I came to return the car a few days early and now they said there is NO REFUND , how about that! No where in their contract states No refunds on Prepaid rentals, it is easy to get the car when you need it but DO NOT Prepay
You can't ask a better place to rent a carthe lady beyond the counter.\nShe's just nice person. She had the car ready when we got there to pick it up. Clean, ready to go on time.
Outstanding customer service. Polly delivered amazing customer services. Automobile was very clean inside and outside. We truly appreciate it.
They will promise you a car and have nothing when you get there they are a waste of time.
