Make sure you get all of your belongings out of the vehicle at the Gulfport, MS location! I dropped the car off Friday evening, got home and remembered I left my Birkenstocks in the driver side, went the next morning and couldn’t get them back. I understand it’s my responsibility to get all of my belongings out of the vehicle, but you would think renting with a trustworthy company, that if you accidentally leave something they have enough decency to at least give you a day to get your things.
Rented a car from this Avis location in Gulfport Mississippi. I returned the car clean, no spills or stains and was charged a $150 cleaning fee and $98 fee to fill up a car. I will never rent from Avis again.
