We rental a car to drive to Fort Myers Airport. The car rental place picked us up and gave us an upgrade from our reservation. We got a convertible!!! Pickup at rental place was fast and effiecient and so was the drop off. This was cheaper than the shuttle and I would rent a car again from them.
DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE experience, I prepaid a rental and the company had no problem taking the money out of my account. I show up to get the vehicle the morning of my reservation and the clerk was disrespectful and unprofessional. He refused to give me the car though it was already paid for. I'm out the rental fee and stuck in Florida now, I wish that was the end of the story but I called Avis to refund my money and the woman on the line told me it would be posted at midnight, that was on Wednesday morning.
