Not a bad spot, but the car I reserved weeks in advance wasn't there or available.
I spent days researching the cost of my trip out of state. I specifically went with Avis because they had a hybrid model available the day I needed to leave and that would save me a lot of money. I booked the hybrid CAR and paid the fee. I get to the Avis location and it all went downhill. The lady, with a bad attitude, told me I had to wait for a vehicle to be returned before I could get my rental (it was too late to cancel, I needed to leave that day). So, I waited. An hour. Extremely poor customer service. Reserved and prepaid for a car only to show up at the designated time to "sorry we don't have any cars. The airport just came and took them from us." Directed to call customer service for a refund. For the record, it didn't matter that it was prepaid or Presidents Club member. SAD!
