My rental was great, and the process was easy. I was helped by Casey at the New Port Richey location. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Jose was there when I brought the rental back, and he was also very welcoming and helpful.

Been renting for over a year now. Customer service is excellent. Cars are always clean and ready. Appreciate the manager’s good attitude. Office looks immaculate. Can really see the efforts of the employees there trying to make renting cars a good experience.

Casey is amazing!! I made a huge financial mistake and was very upset in the office. She handled me with such grace. She stayed positive and helpful when I was very upset. I came back 3 times or more with issues and she never once was rude to me. She helped me calm down and I drove off in a vehicle I was pleased with. Casey deserves a raise after dealing with me!! Thank you!
