I came to pick up my vehicle. They didn't have my type, so they gave me an upgrade (cool). When I got in, I noticed that there was only half a tank of gas. Additionally, the car was not detailed, but it wasn't too dirty. I immediately went to the counter with a picture of the 1/2 full tank of gas and the lady said she would take a note of it. I returned it with 1/2 tank of gas, made a note of it when I returned the vehicle (they were not open at 8 am), and of course took a picture. Of course, Avis charged me for the fuel. In... read more
