We booked a car with Avis in advance and the reservation was confirmed. We arrived exactly at the scheduled time, but the car was not provided — it simply wasn’t available. The employee didn’t even try to help and just said there was no car. We are very disappointed with the service; we wasted our time and our plans were ruined. I do not recommend this location.

Unprofessional folks at the location, be careful. I booked a car at this location, but they gave it to someone else. They promised to find a replacement and call me back. Guess what? nothing happened -no car and no call. Upon a second follow‑up, they told me there were no cars available at all.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with this Avis location. The staff is friendly, the pickup process is smooth, and the vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition. I’ve been fortunate to receive some great upgrades too, which makes travel even more comfortable. Really appreciate the reliability and service here. Looking forward to continuing to rent from this location!
