Great Avis location! I used this location on couple occasions, and I had a great experience as an Avis Preferred member.
I made a reservation for a luxury rental car several days in advance for a very special guest, expecting a smooth and professional experience. When I arrived at the location, not only was my reserved car not available, but I was offered a much cheaper, lower-tier vehicle as a replacement — completely unacceptable given the purpose of the rental. Terrible service. Rented us a car that had big dent in roof, smelled, stains on seat. Claimed no other cars in fleet. The rented car should not be in fleet. Manager should be ashamed.
I am not satisfied with the rental and the service I received. The vehicle was dirty and smelled of marijuana, which is unacceptable, especially since I need to transport my kids. Inhaling that odor raises safety concerns, so I had to use an ozone generator to eliminate the smell. Additionally, I had to inflate the tires every day while using the vehicle, as it would consistently reach 20 PSI.
