Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered and highly unethical on their part. I just picked up my rental vehicle today on August 1, 2026. I was told by a lady at the counter they were charging me for optional vehicle damage insurance which I declined the coverage cost $230.00. I was told that I could not decline the coverage and if I did, they were going to charge me $150 more for the rental or I would have to pay the manager special and get the optional insurance. Worst experience ever. Waited 1 hr 5 mins for a car which was reserved over a week prior. Reserved a full size, was given the smallest 4-door they had (for 3 ppl). Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They kept claiming they had no cars, but once out in the lot, it was clear they had plenty. And had plenty of the car size I reserved (and paid for). They cant even assign preferred members to the correct vehicle. No sense of urgency, no accountability. Especially Candace working the desk, told me with all attitude to "just calm down" When they assigned me the wrong vehicle, no one was assisting me with a new one and then when they finally told me a different vehicle that "new one" had 0% oil life. Estafa mira la foto y ya lo dice todo, dicen que con el 30%descuento de amazon, mira la otra cuando no aplican el descuento de amazon, para los que no entienden, cuando aplican el descuento de amazon ellos suben el precio para que se quede igual en los don, con descuento y sin descuento tu total será el mismo
