What’s the point of reserving a car if they don’t have anything? What is the reservation good for? Headed up to the counter and they said, well we have economy cars or pickup trucks right now. You can have a seat and wait and see if anything comes in. Seriously? After flying across the country with zero delays, getting into GRR slightly early and now sit down and see if a car comes back? Joanna at Avis/Budget was amazing. There were two ladies there that were really kind and helpful. They were very friendly and helped me with my rental car! Thank you so much!

I recently flew into GRR through Chicago. Due to a storm, flights were cancelled and delayed. I was supposed to arrive at 4pm....and got there closer to 3am. All rental car counters were closed... except for Avis which was courageously manned by Joanna...she greatest every one with a smile and found us cars. In talking to her....I found out that her shift has ended earlier and she has stayed to do paperwork. Seeing a need, she met it head on. Avis should be very thankful to have employees that care!
