Joanna took care of us when we arrived the previous day and received a Camaro convertible. Nice car, but two seats and there were three of us. Long story, but it was a quick turnaround to get it straightened out. She did a quick fix.

Update: I responded to the very unhelpful message below and only heard back from them AFTER we returned the car. No apologies. Nothing. I wish there was a zero star option. Original post: This is by far the worst Avis in the country. I rent here three times a year and every vehicle has problems. And oh by the way, none of the employees feel the need to help with the problem rental cars. Today the Mazda they rented me wouldn’t start because the key fob battery was dead.
