Unfortunate experience at this location. primary staff member for Avis was curt, condescending and generally unhelpful. We paid for a luxury car, but the Genesis we received drove like it hadn’t been serviced in years with a rattle and suspension that would’ve had me returning it if I needed it for longer than a few days. Can’t help but wonder if her lack of service quality was related to us being the only Non white customers in there. Bad bad
Tina and Stella could not have been sweeter and more professional. They went above and beyond to help me get mobile, and were kind and informative the entire process. Highly recommend this rental spot specifically because of the service these ladies provided.
I made a rental reservation twice with this location and they never honored my reservation. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or email me untill I reached the location. Worst rental experience.
