No comment other than must horrible customer service experience and no acknowledgement when walking in to rent a car. This location needs new professional staff. Sadly, I’ve watched several customers come in and be ignored. You’ll be waiting for hours just for them to even acknowledge you are there. I had a pick-up time for 12pm on a specific day, I missed a call from them at 9:50. They left a message saying they were switching vehicles on us and to call them back. I call them back and I am told that if we can't get there in 8 min, that they will be closed (apparently they close at 12pm, but never informed me of this.) We arrive and are given a different rental car that has worse gas mileage, is dented and scratched extensively, and one door handle is broken. Unfortunate experience at this location. primary staff member for Avis was curt, condescending and generally unhelpful. We paid for a luxury car, but the Genesis we received drove like it hadn’t been serviced in years with a rattle and suspension that would’ve had me returning it if I needed it for longer than a few days. Can’t help but wonder if her lack of service quality was related to us being the only Non white customers in there. Bad bad
Tina and Stella could not have been sweeter and more professional. They went above and beyond to help me get mobile, and were kind and informative the entire process. Highly recommend this rental spot specifically because of the service these ladies provided.
