Another not great rental experience. Let me preface this by saying I am currently traveling nonstop for business and have been in an Avis rental for a month. Fly in to Buffalo today and check the app. Even though I have presidents club there is no car assigned. I reserved a full size car, go to the counter and they have “upgraded” me to a Nissan Rogue. Slow service, disorganised in the yard, car should have had ez-pass but all tolls confirmed wasn't in the car.
Budget and Avis seem to be under the same category so I’m writing this under the Avis location for BUF Airport Car rental. Picking up rental: lines takes long to move Vehicle selection: vehicle had pet hair everywhere and smelled of cigar smoke. Swapped for another. Vehicle had cosmetic damages but clean.
