I’ve been a loyal Avis customer for many years, but I consistently have issues at the Colorado Springs Airport location. Always take photos of the inside, outside, and gas gauge before and after your rental, and document any damage immediately with staff. I was charged three separate times for gas despite returning the vehicle full, and there has been no follow-up or resolution from customer service. Came here to exchange a dirty car I got from Denver Airport. Ended up with another dirty car. Idk what's going on with Avis these days, they definitely need to take control of their partners. Won't recommend this location
