The woman at the desk on Thursday morning 8/21 was incredibly kind and helpful. She single handedly turned our day around with her friendly demeanor while booking us a lovely car.
I'm an Avis Preferred member. Quick pick up and drop off. Keys and copy of receipt ready at counter. Small airport so shouldn't be a line Employees were nice. Lastly, I forgot my cousin's house key and daughter's charm attached to the rental this morning; went back this afternoon and they had the key and charm to the side.
Smooth and easy, our rep was awesome!
