If I could I’d set negative stars. Worst service ever.
Avis Preferred and they didn't have the car available. Had to go from 1st floor to 3rd floor and finally the 4th floor with a long line 15 people deep at midnight. Despite making a reservation a month in advance. Ridiculous Avis SFO! 1 hour wait!!!! Then they sent us to the garage to wait for a single person deliver cars one by one, with another 25 people waiting!!!! One rental agent expect an hour wait
The slowest service I’ve ever had. Long line with just two staffs. Others are just talk with each other
Worst experience ever - when we picked up our car, it wasn’t even the right type and no one told us. Then they brought us the right type but the car was filthy and covered in food, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. They finally brought us another car and offered to comp a full tank of gas. But then when we returned it, they charged us for a full tank of gas and there was no one at the Avis preferred counter or the regular counter at 6:30am. This company - especially this location - is an absolute joke.
