Called me less than 24 hours before pick up to tell me they didn't have a car for me and wouldn't get one. Then made me go through customer service separately to get a refund.

Every time I come here, the review gets lower! There is no one here to give the car we have reserved! There is a sign saying "we will be back" but we have been waiting for almost an hour now and no one has come yet! They were not responding phone calls as well! They usually don't have gas cars even if you don't reserve an EV, you will end up having them most of the times. Also they need more staff. There is big line specially over holidays and weekends.

Reserved a car for 8:30am, showed up 20 min early after taking a 30min bus ride. They simply told me that they didn’t have any cars and wouldn’t have any for the entire day. They had no information about why that was the case nor did they provide any alternative options. They also couldn’t help me with getting a refund. I had time sensitive plans that relied on having a car, so I had to spend a good chunk of money taking ride share to get a Zipcar on short notice in a different city. Received a phone call 30 mins before my reservation and was told it was cancelled. Was not offered an alternative either, absolutely abysmal experience.
