My first time renting and the experience was amazing. The store was stocked with a good selection of vehicles. Free upgrade and the car was sparkling clean! Costumer service was top notch.

A Masterclass in Flexible Opening Hours The sign says Open at 8:00 a.m. Which is fascinating, because the doors only open when the shopping center feels emotionally ready — roughly around 10:00 a.m. Until then, the doors remain locked. Calling doesn’t help. Knocking doesn’t help. Staring through the glass doesn’t help. **AVOID THIS PLACE** Middle eastern man who was in there told me and my wife that "this is America, speak English" as I was explaining to my wife in Spanish what he was saying. He was rude, racist, claimed he was the manager but was too scared to give his name after talking down upon me and my wife.
Tell the lady that answers the phone that she should quit if she doesn’t understand customer service. I hope you replace her with a recording.
