**AVOID THIS PLACE** Middle eastern man who was in there told me and my wife that "this is America, speak English" as I was explaining to my wife in Spanish what he was saying. He was rude, racist, claimed he was the manager but was too scared to give his name after talking down upon me and my wife.
Tell the lady that answers the phone that she should quit if she doesn’t understand customer service. I hope you replace her with a recording.
We brought back a rental and the guy behind the counter would not inspect the car's condition saying he couldn't leave the counter. Not the customer service that you would want to go back to. I took a video and several photos with time stamp just in case they try to claim it came back damaged. CYA!
I had a reservation for this place at 10:30am on 11/17/2025. I made the reservation under my name, but my father-in-law was paying with his credit card. We had reserved a minivan. I completely understand that if he were paying, it has to be under his name and he needs to be the only driver; no problem with that. The PROBLEM was how rude this lady was. Terrible customer service. You can't be a tourist and rent a car because apparently you HAVE to be a US citizen which makes 0 sense. The lady kept giving excuses as to why she couldn't take the deposit for a reservation that was already paid for.
