Such a great experience! Clean. Fast and friendly.
The lady at the desk was polite and professional, but the car we picked-up was FILTHY! it obviously had not been cleaned after the previous user. We didn't have time to complain or change cars, but hopefully they'll do better in the future.
I had returned from a cruise and already had reservations for a passenger van. It was over two hours wait only to get keys snatched to the original car model we came in away to give us a van that smelled like urine with stains and sticky seats. We drove off not realizing the actual condition and horrendous smell inside the vehicle. I called three different times to see if there was anything we could do and was told to go to the nearest Avis and would be allowed to switch vehicle.
