Really appreciate everything they did for us. Super easy process. Quick and simple sign in and sign out. The car was incredible. The service was incredible. Highly recommend.
STEVE is the name of the person who work for AVIS RENTAL CAR in DULUTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT . When I want to extend my rental for one day then he told me the price going to be. I ask him why the price is higher? Instead he explain it to me, this is what he said “ So you want extended or you want to return to day?” We were arguing for little bit then he HANG UP on me. I tried to call back and he not answer the phone. STAY AWAY if you see him there. Worst customer service. I will report to the Avis Corporate office about him.... read more
This Service was excellent! We arrived and wanted to extend our rental car! The nice gentleman from today 08.04.25 at around noon was so nice, helpful and made us a good deal! Very professional! Would highly recommend their service!
Easy pickup and drop off for Avis preferred members. Great low mileage car for my trip.
