This place smells terrible. The customer service was atrocious. The guy w a part beard & who is balding is very rude & unprofessional. After reading more reviews our experience is not isolated. It’s one thing to have a bad day but this guy is a repeated offender & it’s sad that AVIS allows customers to get treated so poorly.

I want here to get a car. They told me a debit card would be okay as long as I had the money for the deposit. I said okay and used Lyft to head over. I hand my license, insurance and debit card to the clerk and he runs my info, then tells me me they won't rent me a car because my credit score is too low. I tell him I Lyfted over there and he says they wouldn't have told me to come if I said I was using a debit card. Very friendly location and helped us when they didn't have stock for a mechanical return. Just does not have much stock so make sure to book ahead.
