Drop off only and it was quick and easy. Only marked it down because the office smelled like an outhouse.

I do not recommend Avis and will never rent with this company again. I requested for a SUV of the size of a Mazda CX-50, to be taken in Avis CBX. However, when arriving, they were providing a Dodge Hornet (different category and considerably smaller than the CX-50), I asked for the same package I pre-payed and requested it was after an hour and a half after, that they got me a Toyota Gran Highlander. I got this car at around 3 pm on a Saturday. Sunday morning the car would not start because the battery was dead. I tried calling their office since Sunday and got routed to call centers as their system recognizes your number & knows you must have issues if you’re calling.
