Worst rental Company in VA charge you with no explanation, poor customer service, cars always have issues, if I could I would give them no stars honestly!
I paid for a one day, one-way rental using the Avis App. Total was $130. There was no one way fee disclosed. During my travel, I was impacted by the northeaster Storm that impacted Virginia. When I went to go, revise the reservation, it enforced a pick up and drop off at the Norfolk location. Upon my arrival to the Norfolk location, they told me that they could adjust the drop off point however I would need to contact billing to get the adjustment to remove the one-way penalty/fee. They gave a fast service and the car was clean. They made to explain what I had to do when I turned in the keys.
Got a rental car here to do uber with. Great customer service. Everyone that works there is extremely polite and helpful. If your looking for an electric vehicle to do uber with i recommend this place. All they ask for is your credit card as long as you pass the credit check your good to go. Highly recommend this place.
