My experience here, with the manager Raphael was exceptionally poor. I originally had a reservation for a gas vehicle, that of course has a lower rate than electric. I was informed that I would need a credit card so I made sure I applied a credit limit to cover 2 weeks(since I understand how cc auth holds work). The manager was doing his best with the cars staff and equipment he had on the rental end minus laughing with other staff at people calling in disgruntled over issues ON SPEAKERPHONE with their service (how disrespectful)BUT 1. the car broke down 2. Very good service Jay went out of his way to help me out This be the best location Word of advice the phone number after 4 rings ALWAYS goes to a call center unfortunately So try again or go in person They help in person faster anyways obv
Very friendly. They were willing to work with me when I had a special request for a certain car. I would definitely rent from them again!
