Arrived at airport June 19 only to discover my SUV was not available which I already had a prepaid reservation for. Was told to return the following day to retrieve correct vehicle which I did. Major inconvenience. Vehicle switch out took two hours and I was told I needed to sign a new contract. Original contract which again was prepaid was for $658 for the week. Now my card is being charged $946 for a total of $1604. Now I’m in the process of trying to have my card credited. Do not deal with Avis…. total clown show. The bra... read more
After having reserving a 12' for truck 2 months prior, then being sent an email to tell us the pick up was ready, I went to pick up the truck just to be told its not available. All to be told "they didn't do this...." And "they didn't do that." Taking no responsibility for their bad scheduling. Never going through Budget ever again.
