As I am unable to leave zero stars on maps, I have been forced to rate this company one star. I will never rent from this company again. Avis rental lacks transparency for many things about their rental process. First, the lack of transparency of which vehicles are on the lot and the fact that customers may be charged extra upon arrival is shady at best, and an outright scam at worst.
