Writing this from the side of the highway, next to a cornfield, where I figure I should be for being enough of an idiot to rent from this company again. When I picked up my rental car this morning, I specifically asked them to not give me a car that would get a flat tire or any tire issues, because the last TWO times I did this they gave me a car that immediately got a flat and the rest of my day was wasted CHANGING THE FLAT FOR THEM/waiting for a tow that never showed up/etc. Here we are again for the third time. Haven't been here since last management and the new guys tang and aaron blow them out of the water with their service.
I’m a returning customer and once again had a great experience renting from here! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and the cars were easy to find as well. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely continue renting from here.
