I recently rented from here and I had such an amazing experience! The new manager Aaron was so attentive and patient with me. I will be renting my vehicles from here again!
Wow. I'd rent from another rental company. Made reservations 3 months in advance. Got to the desk 8 minutes before 11:00 which was my pick up time to be told they just gave my car away. I asked if I could please at least do paperwork while having to wait now for another car. Was told no and have a seat. As I sit here waiting there is now a line of people who will all go ahead of me. Customer service was 10+ shout out to Shauna she’s a great asset to Avis
Bad service at this branch. I initially reserved a compact vehicle and received a van. When I asked if I could exchange I was laughed at and told that was all they had for inventory. I understood and came back another day and sadly still couldn’t make an exchange. My reservation had a drop off time before the branch opened but I followed the after hours instructions and dropped off on time before a flight.
