This location is shady and stole my EZPass. I rented a car over July 4 weekend from this Avis location. The pick-up process was smooth and they put me in a decent Chevy Malibu. The place is in a rundown shack, but it seemed like they had a good selection of cars. After returning the car, I realized hours later that I left my EZPass in the car. Booked a car rental for the Fourth of July weekend with them through Priceline. Thank God I didn’t pay ahead of time. I rushed to get there so I only had my license, insurance and debit card on me. They need a “major credit card” for payment and credit check? If I had known I would have made sure that I brought my chase, discover or capital one credit card but why a credit check? Lol. i did a one way long distance rental and pickup was quick and easy. i had no issues with the car on my 3.5 hour drive. i didn't realize the car i had booked was a hybrid so saving a lot of money on gas was a really nice surprise too.
