This agency saved my stay in Portland. I could not rent a car at the airport even in other agencies in downtown. They were the only one to accept. Moreover, they organized the rental so that I can get a good price and I easily could extend my rental 2 times. Team very nice and helpful! I totally recommend this agency!!
Location did not honor the insurance I purchased online.
The office smelled like urine. I received the car on Empty and they told me to return it how it so when I returned it they asked if I filled up the gas and I said no because it was empty when I received it. Good thing I took pictures because they asked if I did. The car was also dirty inside. Would recommend documenting everything if renting a car from here

I like the downtown location. The help was quite helpful. Don’t let the parking ramp local dissuade you. SO EASY.
