Ok, let first say that this was my third time renting from this Avis. And before this rental, I very easily could have given them four out of five stars. I would never give them five out of five because the customer service has always been questionable. But, the vehicles have always been so nice. Clean, well maintained, and newer models with all the bells and whistles. The Agent was predictably flippant when we arrived. Customer Service agent was so rude. I had a manager from a different location listen over the phone, even he couldn't believe how rude he was. I have yet to receive my $100 refund.
Ask for Daisy. She is great!
