This was my first and will be my last time ever renting a car with this company not only are they unprofessional in person at this location, but they tried to charge you for things that that don’t make sense and when you question the itemized charges they refer you to customer service we had rented a car for two days and when we first got there to pick up our car, our reservation was at 12 noon. Unprofessional and rude employees. Avoid at all cost. Unless you like being humiliated and hung out to dry.
I rent from here regularly for work. Joe (owner) and team are great to work with every single time. I have never had an issue with the vehicle, am always treated well, and leave with a positive experience. I recommend renting here as they are best in class.

This was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had. Came in, Joe (at the front desk) walked me through the options, I got an upgrade, kept the car for about a month, returned it. No questions. No hassle. Perfection. Keep up the good work Joe!
