You get what you pay for... I was refused services. Pay a few more dollars and don't go to this location/entity. My first time using AVIS, and luckily could cancel. Customer service no longer exist. These companies should pay more for better staff.
I had an exceptional experience with Avis from start to finish. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Every interaction was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on providing a great experience. I highly recommend Avis to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company with excellent vehicles and exceptional service. I will definitely be renting from them again.
UBER DRIVERS ALERT - Came to pick up my car to use for Uber and despite my reservation they didn’t have any cars available and said they wouldn’t for the foreseeable future. It’s an issue with the online platform apparently.
Our car was great and it was perfect for our trip with all the kiddos and luggage. Would recommend to all to rent from here. Friendly staff too.
We really appreciated the team at this location, they were friendly, polite and our car was nice and clean.
