Friendly staff and easy drop off.
Lesson learned. Check reviews and trust them. Complete joke of a rental office. Huge queues, not functioning preferred boot, most uninterested employees.
Beware of this location: I travel often and have not had issues with other rental places before. The people at the front desk were pleasant. Two weeks after I turned in the vehicle I got a charge on my card for a cleaning fee to the inside of the vehicle. I did not spill anything inside and returned it with a full tank in the same state as when I picked it up. I was not made aware of the charge via phone of e-mail.
