I had a wonderful experience with Avis! Even though there was a long line when I arrived, the staff kept everything moving quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special shout-out to Richard, the airport manager—he went above and beyond to make sure customers were taken care of. His leadership and attitude really stood out and made the whole process smooth. I’ll definitely be renting with Avis again!
I rented a car and turned it in the following day. The rental still shows active in the avis system. I have called "customer service" multiple times and they tell me to call the location front desk. I call the location front desk, and it send me to customer service. Round and round I go where I stop, nobody knows. this will be my last rental experience with this company, and I am in the President's Club annually.
Reserved a car for 11pm, and was given a spot number for a vehicle to pick-up to bypass the counter. Get the car at 11:10, and when trying to leave I am told the reservation was cancelled because I didn't pick-up at 11:00. I've been renting cars for 25+years and never had a rental agency cancel a reservation because a flight was delayed 10 minutes.
Not sure why a lot of reviews are low. My experience with it is good. Just usual airport car rental.
