Leatrice was wonderful and helped us by driving the van straight to the terminal to allow us to unload all our gear. Will use Avis again in the future due to the great customer service.

We rented a car for 6 weeks from Avis. The service was excellent at pickup from Cleveland. We returned the car at RDU airport where we had a lot of luggage to unload. Instead of having to struggle with the shuttle, Leatrice who checked in our car drove us to the airport and dropped us off. We have never had that kind of service before. Thanks to everyone at Avis and especially Leatrice for a wonderful experience.
Avis rarely disappoints, and this time was no different. From pick-up to drop-off was smooth sailing. Leatrice provided us with excellent customer service on our drop-off.
