The car had bald tires and a cracked windshield. The on site manager was supposed to reimburse me for the car rental. I returned the car spotless but was charged a 250 cleaning fee for animal hair and I had no animals with me. They are awful!
My wife left her glasses in the car. I had to go back from the airport and the people were great in helping me find the glasses. I tried to tip the employee and he refused the tip. Wonderful people.
Terrible wait time and no sense of urgency for the throughput for location. Actually got a vehicle and is seemingly clean and without mechanical issues.
Line was ridiculous and around the building. Upon return, got charged fuel when I filled the unit up. Then tell me I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money that shouldn't have ever been charged. 200$ rental turned into 500$. This is the 2nd time in a row I've been burned by this company. Never again! Sixt and Enterprise have NOT ONCE gave me this customer experience. The staff was ok, polite, and helpful. But their process are not well. Because I am an avis member, when I got to the airport, the driver took me to my rental which was ready for me to drive. No lines no waiting. Great experience
