I have to give flowers to Rae. This was my first time renting a car.Not only did she help meet our needs in every way possible but he gave us the BEST customer service possible. Avis strikes again!!! We reserved a car for 10am, but due to traffic, arrived an hour late at 11am, and they had given our car away to someone else who showed up early. As a preferred member, this kind of service is horrible.

The receptionist Rey waived an additional fee for upgrading my car, due to the one I reserved online not being available, and charged me the same price I paid for the initial car online for the upgraded car with an amniable attitude.
