I have never given a rating to a car rental place. Today, the staff at this Avis went above and beyond on a day they were over the top busy and over booked by corporate. Very much appreciated and now my GoTo rental spot in downtown Atlanta🤩
Great service by Rae, very nice vibes and cool with overlooking the whole rental process!
Rae was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to find a car for us even though there were almost no cars available.
