This place is a joke... The old man that runs the place is rude and makes every question you ask very uncomfortable because he gives short answers with and is pissed off that he even has to answer something.
The gentleman that runs the place is much lacking in customer service skills. He was rude and not willing to explain what he wanted me to initial on the contract. Even though I reserved online, he does all his paperwork by hand. He could not find the keys to the car he was going to put me in. The address to the location is not correct and when I had mentioned having that changed on the site, he gruffly said, "they don't answer the phone." Good to know I found another rental company in Alpena.

Took about 45 minutes to find the location as Google and Avis and my corporate travel had the old address. 2066 M 32 is wrong! Car was brand new and clean.
