They wait until the day before pick up in the late evening to inform you that they sold out of vehicles despite reservation being made the prior week. Do nothing to assist this inconvenience other than a random text. Plus rates change drastically when transfering said reserved rental.(i.e 250-900) I write this just to inform others of the kind of service and character of the personel they are dealing with so take that information in consideration.

LET ME JUST SSAY I RENT WITH AVIS ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE STAFF OR THE VEHICLES. THE REVIEW IS FOR AVIS AS A COMPANY. I RENTED A VEHICLE ON 1/28/25 TO RETURN IT ON 2/3/25, TURNS OUT I DIDNT NEED THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE 3RD, I RETURNED THE VEHICLE ON THE 30TH AND WAS TOLD THAT FOR THE REMAINING DAYS I WOULD NOT BE REFUND DUE TO THE SYSTEM NOT ALLOWING REFUND ON RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE.
