I’ve dealt with numerous Budget Rental offices and by far, the one on Old Trolly Rd is the absolute best. They are never rude, never in a hurry and they always make sure you’re happy and have everything you need. The lady running the office is just the most personable of people. I’ll never go to another office unless she goes there as well. She always provides the best experience.

Rented here a few times and Daniel has been great every time. Fast and easy process, definitely my official Go to for my rental needs
The official signed papers for my rental was $49. I dropped the car off an hour earlier then drop off time but they charged me an entire extra day and will not refund me. Makes no sense. My total charge on my credit card from them is $116. Be careful renting with them.
