Updated October 2025: BEWARE - UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Heard from others that Avis did not renew the guy who used to manage this location’s contract as it was outperforming others in the area. Avis decided to make it a “corporate store” (Taking in all profit for themselves) and let the team that manages the airport take over. That team is TERRIBLE..so expect the same here. I always rented cars from Avis but today I walked in and met the owner named Mark. I ran into an issue and Mark went above and beyond to provide a resolution. After his expertise he was able to resolve and provide me with the rental car I needed. I will make sure I let all my family and friends know to rent from Avis with Mark.
Absolutely best rental car place ever. Daniel and Becky are the absolute best. I’ve rented from there so many times and I’ve never had any issues. I will not go to any other location for a rental car only here! If you want absolutely amazing customer service and a fast and easy rental car experience I would highly recommend going to this location!!
I needed a car in an emergency just the other day and these guys came through with flying colors. Fast, quality, friendly, service all the way around thank you so much.
Reserved and prepaid a sports car from this location. Tried to put me in a Camry instead for the same price or gave me the option to drive another 20 miles to the airport. I decided to drive to Enterprise instead. This was my first time booking with Avis/Budget, what a great first impression!
