If I could give a zero, I would. The staff was terrible and disrespectful. I booked a car via the app and went to pick it up, but they claimed I hadn't returned a previous vehicle and refused to release the new one. They had no interest in sorting out the situation; the car they were referring to was one I never actually took—the booking had been cancelled, yet their system showed it as checked out. I lost the money paid for the booking, never got the car, and was even accused of being a thief.
Renwick is a horrible Avis franchise owner only to show ignorance seemingly upset when a customer was explaining a situation from a different location falsely accusing another customer of disrespect when In fact he was the one being disrespectful I would much rather deal with enterprise than deal with angry old man who has a agenda I wouldn’t recommend nobody no matter the race to do business with him and I try to support black businesses/franchise but dealing with him made me understand why I don’t
