We left some belongings inside of one of their rental car, when we to retrieve our belongings, notice a lot of our stuff was missing. Sentimental values like my deceased mother's necklace that was left around the mirror of the car. Also my Stanley tumbler, with the Stanley carry bag, also some coats were stolen and the guy blamed it on the Impoundment lot. No car available for reservation made 3 months ago!! Completely ruined my plans for skagway! Wake up avis - whats the point of reservation
Lived in Anchorage for 4 years, came back to visit. Rented a car from Avis, from the jump the lady had an attitude. 7 months later while deployed my wife gets a $1800 bill from them. They made her cry. I hope they get Investigated by the state for fraud and get shut down. Scam artists with the ability to affect your credit.
